When was MD or WV on the air last?

If someone could drive to downtown Harpers Ferry to the Point or Footbridge where the AT crosses the Patomic R. they are with in a few feet of the MD/WV line.  The state line follows the south shoreline of the Patomic R. at this point.

If they would rather operate from sitting on the ground, I think there might be a place near the south edge of the old Storer College (now operated by the NPS as a national support center).  Anyone have a trail map of the 3.8 miles in WV.  We need to plan a AT-pedition to Harpers Ferry to get some activity.

By the way, there are a bunch of hams in Harpers Ferry.  Anyone know any of them we can get interested in Ron's game?   Would seem like there should be a CW op or two in the list below.  Most have P.O. box addresses so it is a bit hard to search out if any live next to the trail.
