I have no idea, but

a.) I am very interested- My z/VSE shuts down with a single (stacked) 
command- would love to make system react to a Signal Quisce (just like 
z/LINUX)

b.) I do not have too much hope in it being implmented in a programmer 
friendly way. IOW: no proper interface to programs, no program-product 
using it.

When you get more details keep me posted.
