That is what I would PREFER but we have no FTP server available to us on
the network, so it needs to be initiated from the network.

I though I saw some doc on doing this on IBM's z/VSE web site. I think
the FTP was initiated from z/VSE to extract the file from a PC and send
it to the mainframe.
