Allan, In a number of cases, the purpose for loading them into the SVA is performance. They don't actually execute/run there, but are loaded in MOVE mode. Much faster than fetching from Disk. I would think that you could safely remove REXX and HLASM. I remember seeing a table that showed how approximately much storage the members of each load list occupied. But, of course, I can't find it right now... You could try removing Sort, and see. Look at your Sort books, and see what has to be in the SVA, and what's just nice to have in the SVA, and why.
