IESSOAPO Program Parms ??

In looking at the CICS WEB services, it calls the option program
IESSOAPO. Looking thru the archives all I can find is how to set tracing
on by using these parms:

* TRACE FLAGS:   USED TO ACTIVATE TRACING   
*                                           
TRSYSLOG DC     XL2'001F'   TRACE TO SYSLOG 
TRSYSLST DC     XL2'001F'   TRACE TO SYSLST 
TRC_SERV EQU    X'0001'                     
TRC_CLNT EQU    X'0002'                     
TRC_DEC  EQU    X'0004'                     
TRC_ENC  EQU    X'0008'                     
TRC_HTTP EQU    X'0010'                     

Is there any where that explains the values and their meaning? Is it
either off or on, or are there other options?
