Hello David Wakser,

	I think you are trying to upload into the IJSYSPF file.
I have notice on my WS-FTP 

1) Site command	UNIX OFF
2) Site Command 	LRECL 80
3) Site command 	RECFM f

And I have WS-FTP request the destination name.
