Subject: Increase partition allocation

Would anyone please be able to share their knowledge on this, it would
be greatly appreciated. We need to increase the size of one of our CICS
partitions, which is static. Management wants to increase it dynamically
without an IPL. I told them I didn't think this was possible but would
look into it.
