Sure, but DTRIATTN doesn't know how to wait until the POFFLOAD
command completes its processing. Plus, any number of factors can change
the length of time it takes to process the POFFLOAD command. Thus, you
can't even reliably use IESWAIT to delay the execution of the VTAPE STOP
command.
