What are you trying to say Tony?  Talking between Dynamic and Static partitions
will be about the same unless the dynamic partitions are in the same class and
are therefore sharing dynamic class storage or using said storage instead of SVA.
In earlier releases of VSE/ESA, there was actually more delay potentially
communicating between dynamic partitions because each dynamic class was treated
like a "partition" and the actual partitions in a given class shared that time
slice.

Perhaps I am missing the point you were trying to make?
