Pray that they dont come from India ..... I had to try to explain how DMS-CICS worked ....in the end I called the meeting to an end and the following day a more senior person turned up and apologised to me. Several years of development ... something v75 and only less than 10% converted , this was migrated back and the whole thing caned... nothing in the papers or in the companies annual report.
