      I use VTUN, also.   ;-)    Use IUI fast path 2811 to define the
transaction to the BSM and assign a transaction group.  These transaction
groups equate to the old TRANSEC parameter.  Thus, TRANSEC=4 is now BSM
GROUP04.  After you define the transaction, then use IUI fast path 283 to
refresh the BSM's in-memory copy of the BSTCTRL file content.

      I've written my own CICS application to maintain the BSTCTRL file
because the IUI dialogs are a bit chunky to use and don't provide all the
features I'd like for ease of maintenance.
