What have you put into your JCL to ensure that a CICS is cold, emer, warm started. At the moment I get the OPS to key in start=cold,$end or just $end . What happened last night in the rush to get on with the month end they did not notice that one of the CICS had crashed and then went and did a cold start. I had to restore to the end of previous days batch backup and then apply the days log (DL/I shop) ...
