I installed dy46974 & 46973 (as mentioned by OP James M) and tried it.

.....yea it works as advertised: 64-bit are maintained - but no one shows 
them (well at least not IBM code i.e. when dumping).

TRAPPER and DUMP-linkage do...but these are add-ons to the original op-sys.
