Hello Tom,

Just what I kinda figured out.

Example sysdump.skl anything in Quotes is what is the defaults. On
the Host Properties you have the VSE JOB CLASS that will override where
the jobs are run.

My VSE JOB CLASS in the configuration is K, so job LDSDL will run in
partition K on my BETA system, not in 0.

* $$ JOB
JNM=%JOBNAME(1,8,"LDSDL")%,CLASS=%JOBCLASS(1,1,"0")%,DISP=%JOBDISP(1,1,"
D")%,PRI=%JOBPRI(1,1,"9")%,PWD=%PWRPWD(0,1,"")%
* $$ LST
LST=%LST(1,6,"SYSLST")%,CLASS=%LSTCLASS(1,1,"0"),DISP=%LSTDISP(1,1,"H")%
,PRI=%LSTPRI(1,1,"9")%
// JOB %JOBNAME(1,8,"LDSDL")% - VSE HEALTH CHECK
// EXEC LIBR
 LD L=SYSDUMP,OUTPUT=%OUTPUT(,,"ST")%
/*
/&
* $$ EOJ

Ed,
I found the 'skeletons' but I can't find any doc outlining how to change
them.. It is not pure JECL in there.
Any ideas what the rules are?
Tom

Hello Tom,

I believe there is a 'skeletons' directory under the directory where you
install the HealhChecker that will have some of the information that you
need.
Plus your configuration screen has other parameters that you can modify.

Subject: Healthchecker question

I am looking at VSE-connectors Healthchecker today and have basic type
question.

When Healthchecker submitts batch jobs to gather information, how can I
modify those jobs?
What I want to do is add a USER= parm to the * $$ JOB card and/or change
the job class etc. .. I don't seem to be able to find this info, can
anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
