Normally the ATTN key is not supported in a TN3270 session, non-E that
is. So, it sounds more like something done locally on the PC by the
emulator which goes along with an attention interrupt not being sent to
the host on that key sequence, and hence you not seeing any action in
CEDF. Try the same thing with a different emulator. So, why is he
trying to press the ATTN key anyway?

This is TN3270 - no "E". And the stack is CSI's. But I will
look into whether VTAM is trapping the key; however, there seems to be
no need to press ATTN twice.
