Bubba Check you have PQ50070/UQ59212 applied. This is in the base for vse 2.6.1 but you may want to check... (I will remember PQ50070 for ever... let me show you the scars....) I am pretty sure you already squeezed the 24bit SVA but check the LIBR LD SDL. Please post the output of a MAP command Eric -----Original Message----- From: owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU [mailto:owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU]On Behalf Of Robert Payne Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2008 2:49 PM To: VSE Discussion List Subject: RE: CICS/TS MRO setup and some basic questions CICS/TS 1.1.1 running in F2 (static) has been borderline short of partition GETVIS below the line for many years. Recently we moved some stuff to SVA and linked maps as AMODE 31 which helped some. I thought VSAM buffers were above the line, but admit that our LSR pool may need a good review. -----Original Message----- From: owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU [mailto:owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU]On Behalf Of Steve Huggins Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2008 1:33 PM To: VSE Discussion List Subject: Re: CICS/TS MRO setup and some basic questions Robert, First of all lets look at where your short of 24-bit GETVIS. Is it PARTVIS or SYSVIS...? I assume your still using CICS/VSE 2.3 at only 130M. If it is PARTVIS look at lowering your EXEC SIZE=... Also look at your VSAM files and the LSR pool to see is you could standardize CI sizes and shrink the LSR pool down so VSAM wouldn't be eating up so much 24-bit PARTVIS. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The information contained in this communication is intended only for the use of the recipient(s) named above.
