We use Novell's Groupwise here.  I'll have to check.  I think POP3 is enabled, because I have successfully pulled mail from the Groupwise server with Outlook...

        Attached is a REXX POP3 client.  I've successfully used it, from 
the mainframe, to pull and delete email from my Yahoo email account.  It 
doesn't work with our internal Notes server, though, because they have the 
POP3 interface turned off.  Thus, YMMV.
