What is your DSALIM in DFHSIT? We are running 6912K. Also look at STAT
transaction at end of night and see what files are open and have 0 reads,
writes etc. Change those files to firstref instead of startup. Also using
LSR for all files. We run 50 meg CICS with about 300-400 open files. Our
transaction rate is about 200,000. We do use MRO for third party product
(stand alone). But I would think if you have CICS running in 2.6 and now
going to 3.1 that you have some settings different. We had this problem.

If you run ICCF you could to release a lot of 24 bit GETVIS putting
ICCF on your own partition without need of MRO.
