What is your DSALIM in DFHSIT? We are running 6912K. Also look at STAT transaction at end of night and see what files are open and have 0 reads, writes etc. Change those files to firstref instead of startup. Also using LSR for all files. We run 50 meg CICS with about 300-400 open files. Our transaction rate is about 200,000. We do use MRO for third party product (stand alone). But I would think if you have CICS running in 2.6 and now going to 3.1 that you have some settings different. We had this problem. -----Original Message----- From: owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU [mailto:owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU] On Behalf Of Robert Payne Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2008 1:22 PM To: VSE Discussion List Subject: RE: CICS/TS MRO setup and some basic questions no ICCF, long gone :) -----Original Message----- From: owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU [mailto:owner-vse-l@Lehigh.EDU]On Behalf Of Gustavo Torres Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2008 1:20 PM To: VSE Discussion List Subject: Re: CICS/TS MRO setup and some basic questions If you run ICCF you could to release a lot of 24 bit GETVIS putting ICCF on your own partition without need of MRO.
