INFOANA should recognize it. However, unless you are running on a current
level of z/VSE, the II Dialogs will not, since they are coded to look for
library SYSDUMP, and library ids BG, Fn (1-9, A, and B), and DYN.

I question your dump library setup...
The library.sublibrary that you specified in your partition startup is
SYSDUMP.SUBLIB.
I don't have any experience with infoanal being able to use sublibraries
other than, F1-FB, BG and DYN.
It kind of sounds like you recreated your SYSDUMP library and decided to
only have a single sublibrary (SUBLIB) in it.
