You can't have more than ten (10) active dynamic classes at your level of
VSE/ESA.

Ive changed my DTR$DYNS.Z in IJSYSRS.SYSLIB and added dynamic partition
Class L and  when i do a 
PLOAD DYNC,ID=S It loads successfully but only the 1st ten classes load..  I
pull in the catalogged memeber DTR$DYNS.Z from IJSYSRS.SYSLIB and it has my
class that I added. Anyone have a suggestion, were VSE/ESA 2.2
