Such a program would have to be a stack exit for that purpose
(which should be considered a potential violation of both TCP/IP privacy
and security issues) or able to monitor TCP/IP traffic *before* it reaches
the stack -- as the stack will discard any traffic, by IP address, which
is not intended for that stack. I don't see how a user-written program
could monitor TCP/IP traffic between the OSA card and the TCP/IP stack(s)
behind that card. Then again, perhaps I'm just naive. ;-)
