Got wheels -- they are just a different brand. GoodYear vs.
Firestone. LPARs have VM built into the microcode. Here's the IOCP
definitions for cross-LPAR sharing of the ICC:

 RESOURCE PARTITION=((CSS(0),(PROD,1),(TEST,2),(WORK,3),(ZAP,4)))
 CHPID PCHID=110,PATH=10,TYPE=OSC,SHARED .OSA ICC
 CNTLUNIT CUNUMBR=0900,PATH=10,UNIT=OSC
 IODEVICE ADDRESS=(0900,4),CUNUMBR=(0900),UNIT=3270,MODEL=X

Then each VSE specifies the following:

900,$$A$SUPX,NOPDS,VIO=1M,VPOOL=64K,LOG
ADD 900:903,3277,EML ICC CONSOLE AND NON-SNA SESSIONS

Sincerely,

Dave Clark
