z/vse 4.2 under vm on a z890 with osa-express.

Has anyone looked into whether other host tcpip traffic is visible on
the vse csi tcpip system?

For instance, can you see traffic from other vse systems on the same osa card?
To say it another way: is there a way, I'm thinking maybe a csi trace
command, that one could snoop traffic from other systems?
