That might be the missing piece. Where do I look for that?

How about the BSM? Is the userid in the group that has access to ICCF
transaction?

I know this is pretty basic for some, but my admin skills for ICCF are VERY
limited. I’m trying to set up a new user in ICCF using PROG as a model. I
added the new user with the default values of PROG (IESEPROG as the initial
selection panel, etc.) and did the F5 (update). When I try to logon to the
new user I get the message “YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS
APPLICATION.”.
Am I missing a step(s)?
