Insure that the new userid has a 2 in the user type.

Subject: ICCF help

 

I know this is pretty basic for some, but my admin skills for ICCF are
VERY limited. I'm trying to set up a new user in ICCF using PROG as a
model. I added the new user with the default values of PROG (IESEPROG as
the initial selection panel, etc.) and did the F5 (update). When I try
to logon to the new user I get the message "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO
USE THIS APPLICATION.". 

Am I missing a step(s)?
