Hi Ed,

Don't forget to define your SYSDUMP library to your TCPIP stack. Here's
our definition from our IPINIT for CSI's stack:

DEFINE FILE,PUBLIC='SYSDUMP',DLBL=SYSDUMP,TYPE=LIBRARY, -   
         READONLY=YES
