Last month and the month before I upgrade two other LPARs without
problems. Today it was the production LPAR's turn -- wouldn't you know!
Murphy's Law, I guess. Anybody know what I should look for as to the
cause of this message during CICS startup?
DFHSI1500 CICSDATA CICS startup is in progress for CICS Transaction
Server Version 1.1.1 17:00:04
BST131E XPCC CONNECT TO SERVER FAILED WITH RC = 00000003 17:00:51
The BSM is running in FB and is the highest priority in the
system. Also, I can enter commands from the console to talk to the BSM
without problems. But CICS cannot reach it. I've already called IBM on
this and they are researching. Anyone have a fast idea?
