Actually, I think POWER for VSE/ESA 2.7 and higher will handle changing the
node name automatically at POWER startup. VSE/ESA 2.6 and earlier will not
do this so offload/reload of the queue data will be required for those
older releases.

Ran into this myself a while back when changing node names on a bunch of
current and older VSE images.
