Nothing in one place like AMBLIST, but a LIBR directory listing gives you the last update date and time. FCOBOL gives you in the first 300 bytes the version of the compiler and the date and time it was compiled. And I think COBOL/VSE gives you the date and time compiled. At least that appears so from just a cursory glance of a phase.
