What is the PARM= specification to print a simple DUMP command output to
tape?  I have found the following:

PARM='CREATE DUMP DEVICE=cuu|SYSnnn {SYSRES}' 
     'SCAN DEVICE=cuu|SYSnnn'                 
     'PRINT SDAID TAPE=cuu|SYSnnn FILE=nnnn'  
     'PRINT IPL DIAGNOSTICS'                  

But nothing to print a dump tape (non-interactively).
