Hello Tony,

Thanks for the reply.  You mean just run a RO to RI cable.

Sounds like a plan.  I have not been back to that rack in such a long
time I have forgotten what was in  what port.
I actually believe that it may just be the wire from the 3174.  It is
loose and not very well put together.

I always looped a TR cable between the RI/RO ports.
