Hi Thomas, Actually, a difference of 4.5 dB in IP3 between 20M and 40M is not too significant. I frequently see variances in this measurement of 1-2 dB just between different days and different lab set ups. In this case it is probably due to the slightly higher sensitivity and gain on 40M, which in turn reduces the maximum signal handling level slightly.
