I have to agree that "rightfully" sits better with me than "righteously". And "pompously" as suggested by Dwayne would be better applied to some of the members (and limerick writers) rather than Jim E. (the subject of the original ditty). But after some consideration, I believe "prudently" would be the best replacement... -- Paul F.
