anyone spotted any of these? Looking at the schematic I notice a 74LS42 switched by PB5,PB6 and PB7 of the ATmel. I would like to switch a pair of relays for each band. There would be less wiring if I could mount the 74LS42 on the relay board. How long a run could I use on the atmel outputs? Should the line be shielded? Decoupled? If the relays were on separate boards, say for example a LPF board and a BPF board. What would be the best way to wire them? Should the relays be in parallel or should they each have separate transistor switches and a separate 74LS42? If separate 74LS42 's are used, how can both be switched at the same time by the Atmel? I ain't got no phd in EE :)) 73, Jim n2go
