I subscribe to several Yahoo! message groups including the Ham Radio Deluxe group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ham-radio-deluxe/messages/ The group is dedicated to the use of Ham Radio Deluxe software, a freeware program that controls transceivers. Two weeks ago, the group moved to an alternate site, http://www.ham-radio.ch/forums/ which is the address of a server that Simon, HB9DRV, has set up. The software is an open source program that provides a web-based BBS for members. Take a look at what Simon and others have done in building a fine BBS there. If QRP-L could find similar space on a server somewhere, I think this would be a nice website to model QRP-l after. QRP-L could still use the mailing list at QTH.net. Take a look around at http://www.ham-radio.ch/forums/index.php and I think you'll see the advantages of that format. 73, Tom, WA3REY
