I really hate taking medicine.  I was doing alright until I lost it in "carb 
heaven".  But I've found low carb dieting extremely boring and gave up I 
quess.  I didn't realize though that the numbers had gone up so high. 
Geez...like I don't have enough to worry about....
I think I have more learning to do
