I'm not surprised to hear you say that, Irene, because i definitely believe everything you have ever told me.
 
However, unfortunately, my luck is going to run out eventually, my friend; i have cheated death just too many times.  I don't mind, Irene, as long as i don't get a stroke that will totally disable me.  That's what i'm actually afraid off.  Killing me (quickly), is one thing, but being totally dependent on someone, NO

Sorry to hear that.  "Prognosis is poor" means you are not likely to recover your health or to live a long life.  But, then again, Tuffy, they told you a few years ago that you weren't likely to live more than a year or so.  You've proved them wrong before, you can do it again.

My doctor just wrote a report on me, with all of my different illnesses, including the stroke i recently had, and stated that my prognosis is poor.
 
What exactly does that mean (prognosis is poor)?  Honestly!
