Sorry to hear that.  "Prognosis is poor" means you are not likely to recover your health or to live a long life.  But, then again, Tuffy, they told you a few years ago that you weren't likely to live more than a year or so.  You've proved them wrong before, you can do it again.

My doctor just wrote a report on me, with all of my different illnesses, including the stroke i recently had, and stated that my prognosis is poor.
 
What exactly does that mean (prognosis is poor)?  Honestly!
